BELGRADE -- The government has signed a loan agreement with the European Investment Ban (EIB) worth EUR 250mn, for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The agreement includes the founding and activities of the bank's regional office in Serbia. Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration Božidar Đelić signed this agreement with EIB Vice-President Dario Scannapieco.

BELGRADE -- Prime Minister Mirko Cvetković announced that there will be investments made to technological development in Serbia.

“Serbia cannot allow a new brain drain,” Cvetković said at the opening of an IT conference organized by Serbia's leading retailer in the sector, ComTrade.

Belgrade - An agreement for a EUR 250mn loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB) to help small and medium-sized businesses in Serbia will be signed on May 11.

The announcement was made by Deputy Prime Minister in charge of European integration Božidar Đelić.
